Add template

1) Type all info for new template in calculator's boxes;

2) Press Menu button;

3) Select "Template->Add..." item from menu;

4) Type the name of new template in appear window;

5) press OK;

Notes:

- now, new template appear in combo box of templates;

- templates don't use "Open pos", "Stop loss", "Take Profit" boxes, because they can not to have constant value;
